This work was exhibited as part of the group exhibition SAFE: Silent Eruptions in Mikrogalleri Nor, Søndre Sandøy, Norway. The premiss of the exhibition was safety and what it means to feel safe. My work revolved around the three places in the world that I call home. 

 

"My journey from the invitation to the execution of this exhibition has been divided into four different parts, four different locations. I received the invitation in Trondheim, Norway, then I left for the summer house in the Åland Islands, Finland, after that a quick stop in Stockholm, Sweden, before finally travelling to Søndre Sandøy, Norway. At each location, a stone has been collected. The collection consists of four different stones, collected in three different Nordic countries, all with their own expressions and colors. I consider this to be a site-specific work that potentially could expand more and more the further I bring it with me."
